Re: August PlayStation Plus Updates

Aug 6, 2013

Wow, I can’t believe August is an even worse month for Vita than July. I didn’t think that was possible.

A pinball game? We already got one…how many pinballs do u think we need?
Machinarium? Another small indie game and one PS3 already got? Game has no replay ability so what’s the point?
And then the worst offense of all – Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower! Yet another PSP game? Wait, yet another PSP fighter?! Wait, it's an 8-year old port of a Dreamcast game?! Yes, clearly Tekken, Soul Calibur and BlazBlue were not enough for Vita owners! Honestly, why would anyone choose to play any of the PSP fighters over BlazBlue?!

Then a Mere discount on Rayman Origins Vita when EU got it as IGC?!

I really expected more for Vita IGC this month with Gamescom. Major disappointment.

My own fault for having faith in you guys. I should have known better by now Smiley Sad

Morgan, I've defended you in the past, but now it's just getting ridiculous. You guys are clearly not listening to people. Hell, look at the blog post...750+ comments, most of which are negative, and the PS+ staff replied a total of 5 comments, which of course were the rare positive thankful ones.

Is this what we should expect out of PS+ now that it'll practically be mandatory for most PS4 owners? No longer need to lure us in with games when we need it to play online, right? :sigh:

(btw, I see the PS+ online requirement as a good thing, but just don't like where the IGC is heading).

Hitman: Absolution for PS3 and Machinarium for PS: Vita seem like the only good stuff this month.
