47, attorney and a female.  Girls need their tech toys too.  Was not a gamer until I met my husband, now I am more of a gamer than he is.  In fact all of the systems in our house are mine except the ps3 in the bedroom.

sorry to say it is a toy.

Yeah good luck finding it in the toy section at walmart lol

get with the times man, just because a child can play it doesnt make it a toy. Great 1950's mentality though, now you go back to your corn pipe and your morning paper, I'll go enjoy my "toy"

Edit: ohh almost forgot, Im 30

im 33 here. Been a gamer since 5 yrs old and Coleco! I have a wife and 2 little boys (2 at home that take up most of my time. I have barely had a chance to play any games. Thats why i am so hopeful for the remoteplay feature so I can sit on the couch and play some of my ps3 games remotely while the kids hog my 52" Tv watching the Fresh Beat Band!!!

They even broke my launch day ps3 60gb

I'm not really sure how one can call it a toy, because no child would be able to afford a video games console on their own

From the looks of the commercials I've seen Sony does seem to be targeting the 20's and up. It's awesome to see all of these "matured" gamers on here.  Now I need to show this thread to my wife. Lol

38 here. I have been lurking for a long time and just started posting. I was always afraid I was the "old guy" good to see there are some people on here around my age.

video games are more of a hobby targeted in general at a older crowd (excluding nintendo, they still make toys)
