Well i bought a game not realizing it was for psp cuz i was specificly in ps3 games, i called the number you gave lastnight and it just gave me a bunch of options like not PSN related and all that stuff, or was it just because i was on afterhours? do u talk to a real person?

Nevermind, i found out how to get to a real person, they helped me and i should be getting a email saying i was refunded within 3-5 days

Call or email. It is the official policy not to refund but I can't imagine they would be unwilling to refund a second sub purchased as a courtesy.
