Thank you, I guess there is no other way other than making my friend buy the game or I bring my PS3.

Anyway, Thank you for all the responses, whether you helped me find a way to my question or just talk about Sony's terms of services, which what I wasn't looking to have a conversation about.  (I was hoping people would stay on the topic.)
