I do not know if it is Off-topic much to speak of PSP game in the Vita forum, I also wanted to say that this is all based on my own opinion and not some top-tier game critic opinion. Well, let's begin this thread with this simple picture:
Now I know what you're thinking, why would this random dude wasted our time with a thread that have a photoshopped sad smiley-face PSP? Well it's not. This thread here is not a troll thread nor do I want to waste your precious time. Now i know I have a history of being a **bleep** online, making joke, and have some enemies online, well first of all, I don't care about them, and second of all, I make this thread, it may not be perfect, it may not be WORTH your time, but hey, at least it mean something, rather this than some random troll post or begging for PSOne support threads right?
Ok let's me begin, do take notes here that this thread is long, it's a novel make of my own feeling and opinion, so if you're not a novel-type of guy, you can stop reading and take a look at some picture, if you do read everything from the beginning to this point, you have patient, and you can keep reading if you like.
The PSP is Death. Ok, now you see what I am getting on here right? Well, the word is Bolded and in Font Size 5, so it's CRYSTAL CLEAR. Yes the PSP is death, not here but in Japan as well, why so? The major factor has to do with the fact that it's hacked to hell, games are being make and hack on daily basis in Japan. Second of all, there are no major game in development aside from some RPG and Visual Novel, Hentai games, like these:

Anyway, what happen, where are these two game? I can tell you where they are, Japanese Market. And what you should do to play it?:
- Import them from Japan, the first game have 2 UMD + Shipping Fee = 150$ = 2 PS3 games full-retail = a week worth of salary from McDonald.
- Hack your PSP, and download them on PSPISO, whatever PSP hacking site.
But even then you will have to deal with the fact that you can't read or understand Japanese, sure you can go take a quick class, or ask a Japanese friend, I would help you with it too if you ask, but what is the point of playing game that you don't know what you're doing and what is happening on the screen?
And put that aside, there are more games than these 2 out there on the Japanese Market, either already released or upcoming, for the PSP, a death machine.
The questions are why, when and how. Why do they make these game? When will they have localized EU/US version? How do we play them?
As simple as those question are made, there is one answer: the PSVita, new, alive, breathing, in American, Europe, Japanese Market.
With it Next-gen power, the Vita has the power to play PSP game, perfectly, and with the PSN market, it's now easier to get the game you want. Game can be download, play without a problem. But still, there are localizing issues and well, pretty much region issues.
So now i present to you, finally my point of this whole thread, you know, you can really skip yourself of the whole Novel-Reading lesson in market and sale:
UPCOMING or JAPAN-ONLY PSP games that should have been on the Vita instead and the future of the Vita, based on my opinion, but here is a nice song to make up for all the reading:

Well you already see the trailer, so why not this game?
2.Phantasy Star 2 Infinity:

3. God Eater 2:
Yes, there is God Eater 2 for the PSP, next year, bringing the action back to the small screen, with new attack, better graphic, a PLOT, and more Aragami, can't see why they make it for the PSP and not the Vita.
4. Trail of Nayuta:
Well, all i can say is this game is make by the same people who make YS Seven and the upcoming YS game for the Vita, it's a game in the Trail of Hero series, but this time, it's an Action RPG.
5. Grand Knight History
A game from the maker of Odin Sphere and Muramasa, was schedule for a US release, but was cancel mid development, watch the trailer here:
6. Sol Trigger:
A cool game from Imageppnoch, why not?
7. Corpse Party Collection:
SO they give us one Corspe Party game and not the second one and the spin-off, wow
8. Fate/ Extra CCC
Why not, the Vita is getting a censored version of Reality Nua, which is a Hentai game, now censored, why not this cool RPG instead?

That is all for my list, the future for the Vita, well, for the PSP as well, is that these game can be play in the US, and have the chance to shine like true great games they are. I lust for some good PSP game and PSVita game, so why not these game, they're perfect, they have top-tier graphic, just localized them, re-code, put in touch support = new Vita game, save some money, save time. But i do hope we get to see these game somehow appear on the PSP next year for the US, well, as soon as people can give them support

Hey I really feel for you when you say the PSP is dying, but you have to admit this thread is way off-topic in the PSV forum but oh well who's looking, right?
Apologies if this is even more off-topic but I coudn't help but notice you seem to know your way around photoshop (or some similar photo editor) and I wanted to ask you to resize an image for me to fit as my Vita wallpaper. If you'd do me that favor major kudos to you my friend!

Here is your pic, 5 minute on Microsoft Picture Manager, 960 X 540 is too, well , pixelation, so i have to went with 900 X 507, look perfectly clear and bigger than the first pic, i also have to tweek them for a bit, so it's in top condition, may i ask is this the roster for Playstation All-Star Battle Royal?
