in sackboys level 3 can the other enemies pick up the ap orbs dropped?

im sure if they stay on the field and they don't get killed they would.

No because the whole time if they respond they are bubbles and when they turn back the bubbles go away too I believe

The bubbles will stay in the stage until Sackboy will pop them all, and of course only sackboy can pop them,so yes only him can pick up the AP and the items.

but what if sackboy kills them and they respawn then grab ap. i think they would have time before the orbs disappear

When Sackboy kills them they resapwn again into prize bubbles for the duration of the super.

no they dont respawn as prize bubbles normal. he can only get up to 3 kills with it

Don't look at the reveal trailer, they changed it look at gamspot video showing Raiden.

Only Sackboy can pop bubbles, but after he's popped it another player can pick up what's come out. I did so at Eurogamer.
