Explain to me how Japan would get a hold of a top-secret scandal in America that would only be known by maybe four people, and then how this guy would even find that out.  Explain to me how SCEJ found out that SCEA has been doing some shady business because of a Platinum Games' quote that they don't like PSAS (even though Platinum Games wouldn't've been the ones that agreed to the deal with SuperBot/Sony for Raiden in the first place, so their opinion wouldn't even matter or have been asked).
