how about a heroes vs villains setup they will take two characters from games and they can team up with each other like a 2v2 arcade mode

Well I can see the 2v2 arcade (Premade teams when you select you can choose who to play as or have a friend join) but I'm not sure about the heroes vs villains thing.

I do like the idea of having villians as playable characters but I am not sure if they will be enough. May need to have side characters or somthing.

because it looks pretty neat like if sweet tooth and kratos team up and there will be like cutscenes where they try to settle what they did in psasbr 1 and fight their enemies like zeus and calypso combination

You know I like this idea. Half the roster good and the other half bad. Adding more characters this could work:

Actually i would put Clockwork as Sly's enemy or Neyla from Sly 2

Parappa/Colonel Noodle (Before he turns good in Parappa the rapper 2)

Sackboy / A evil Sackbot (Since i don't really think there's a main enemy for LBP i think a evil Sackbot would be cool)

Nate/Harry Flynn/Zoran Lazarevic. (Because both of them are better when they are together)

For a sequel (if there's one), I would want some more gameplay additions and improvements such as being able to choose which supers you can perform when multiple AP levels are built up, instead of having to commit to whatever lvl you have built up. Everyone having a way to combo into there supers, not just a select few characters. Host migration in an online match, if need be, if some one rage quits and happens to be hosting...to help reduce connection errors.

That's some stuff I would like in the sequel, as well as custom soundtracks.
