Lol, when looking for this video on Youtube later I stumbled upon this video. The footage appears to be the same, but would someone perhaps explain to me exactly what I'm seeing at 0:58? Seems like a lot of the likeliest DLC choices are in that image, so I thought it strange. Here's the screenshot:
