Agreed. Being dazed from falling off should be the penalty. When a sackboy is at the very corner of the map, you cant get behind him.....

In my opinion, always hunt down the player you feel is the biggest threat. The Sackboy Defense isn't that bad. If your using a character that can angle projectiles like Ratchet then use it to your advantage. The shockmate is undogdeable when your hit so if you have to hit it just do it.

I tried this but the mattress blocks nearly everything, especially projectiles.

Thanks for the input though I'll try it out on the next Sackboy. Hopefully he doesn't cuss me out and make fun of me.

Yeah the mattress reflects certain projectiles (it's actually a bounce pad). it's a good move and gives good AP so you have to predict when a Sackboy uses it.

You play Daniel, correct?

If he's camping in a corner with a shock pad, use your Dragon Potion while above him. It (usually) gets rid of shock pads as well as other things such as Sly's cap or Sweet Tooth's mine. If he doesn't move away from that, 45 AP for you.

I find Sackboy tends to stay on the ground a lot, so things such as Green Hand, Dragon Potion, and aerial down-square do wonders. Just be careful if he knows how to melee. And fling axes in his general direction when he's out in the open, especially if he's friendly with his jetpack.

What about when they just hold it down in the corner of the map? With a shock pad in front of them.

Wny not attack the other player instead of Sackboy? By doing this, he get no AP as long as no one attack him. He might get his patience thinned as the game dragged on.
