I'm honestly not even sure what this means.

Sir Dan would like a word with whoever says BD has the worst Level 1...

Try removing the Little Sister's ability to land in front, keeping only an angle upwards that will miss most people, and speeding it up to where it only lasts a second. Oh, and add the ability to aim it even farther up. Big Daddy's Level 1 isn't great, but I wouldn't call it the worst...

Actually, play your cards right, and Sir Dan's lvl 1 is one of the best supers in the game. You sound like you need to explore the character a bit more.

I was referring to his level 2 neutral circle, not his fire plasmid cancel.
Honestly his level 3 is actually worse on big maps your lucky to net 3 kills when people are spread.
His level 2 is only easily avoidable if your stupid enough to activate it at range. Tricking people is key to netting a lot of kills, sometimes I can get 4-5 kills even on the largest maps.

And anyone stupid enough to be within striking distance of BD when he uses his level 2 deserves to get killed. BD's setups can be read from distance easy and if you know how they work then BD gets screwed as everyone will know to back off him, dodge, and throw when possible. That is those who are smart. With how chaotic ffa is more people underestimate BD giving good players with him free reign to rampage. In the end its all situational.

There are multiple ways to do so, but they're not practical.

So you never get hit by anything that causes hard knockdown? You never get hit by BD's grab? You never get hit by any of the plasmids? All of these lead to at least one guaranteed level 2 kill.
