Anyone got any good ones? Or some tips? I've recently been using him and he's so much fun, I just wanna tone up my skills with him.

Those are the main ones, although the first is the most important (You can add 10 AP to it by starting it with air down square). It's pretty much the only AP burst combo I use. You also have Down throw>square>up triangle

There's also quite a few combos you can start with air triangle low to the ground, especially in the corner, but they're impractical in a real match.

The only other combos I use in real matches are the ones that end in tech chase resets AKA anything with a hard knockdown. For example, [Optional air down square] Down square>Up Square>Forward triangle>Triangle or Ice patch>forward circle>Down square>forward triangle>Triangle. These are really useful due to how good Big Daddy's tech chase game is. If you're good at it, you can keep an opponent down for 30 seconds to a minute straight.

On stages without walls (Such as 2nd part of Dojo) you can combo air forward square into itself until AP burst, You can also do [Optional air down square] Air forward triangle>Forward circle>Circle>Jump cancel>Air forward Square>Level 1 on those stages.

Other than that there's other combos, most of them impractical, that can be found in this thread: http://allstararena.com/threads/a-man-chooses-a-slave-obeys-big-daddy-discussion-thread.24
