He's able to charge nearly all of his moves, create clones, teleport, generate AP very quickly, seems great with combos, and he somehow generates AP after a certain attack that leaves his body covered in electricity. He seems… really difficult to beat.
I pointed this out in another thread but It seems relevant to your discussion.
Zues can pull 90 AP out of a single charged move.
In 2x Overtime that ammounts to 180 AP instant level 1
In 3x Overtime that ammounts to 270 AP 2 hits to level 2
In 4x Overtime that ammounts to 360 AP instant level 2, 2 and a bit hits to level 3...
LOL, guess who will probably dominate overtime.
Zeus has slow start up on his melee attacks. You know how people are in this game, mostly dodging and jumping. I see more Zeus users just sticking to his bolt attacks.
The dedicated users devoted to learning him will know how to incorporate all of his moves into battle. Can't wait, it'll be great!
The issue for me is the following:
- Armored Attacks that can Guard Break, and generate 82 AP in 2 hits.
If the attacks weren't armored, or didn't guard break they would seem fair. Many say he will be easy to dodge, but it looks like his start ups on non-charge attacks are not so bad. So, IF the game allows a non-charged hit followed by a charged hit, things could get rough.
