Recently purchased Playstation all stars battle royale from amazon.uk for the steelbook.  As it turns out, the online access code isn't valid for US PSN.  If anyone would like to trade codes, please let me know and we can try to arrange something.

I don't think that would work anyway.  Maybe it's not true for all games, but usually the disc and PSN content have to be from the same region.  Your best choice is probably to just make a EU PSN account.
