There's like nine males revealed and only one female, Fat Princess. I am sure many would like to see Nariko from Heavenly Sword, I would, too. But I would also like to see Jennifer from Primal. If you don't know what that is, it's a PS2 game
The main character has many abilities, and I think she could work well in the game. She's also part of Sony, and should not be forgotten.
I've been noticing a trend in which games female protagonists tend to get low or mediocre sales.
Heavenly Sword: 1,560,000 (relative to its budget, these sales are a catastrophe)
Primal: 430,000 sold
Jeanne d'Arc: 310,000 sold
Folklore: 240,000 sold
Gravity Rush: 180,000
I can't really say why this is, but it's hardly exclusive to PlayStation gamers. On the bright side, these games have gotten pretty good reviews.
P.S: I'm getting these figures from VGChartz, who sometimes inflate their numbers. The actual numbers might be even lower
I like to make PSASBR move-sets. Here's a few:
Never say I don't contribute: I'm The Idea Man.
There are 11 males and 1 female so far, still a very poor ratio, I'm hoping at least 1 more will be revealed in August and hoping for around 20% overall.
Hopefully, Superbot will notice this and show us something soon.
