Dante sounds awkward as hell when he say old Dante's lines like "I think that look suits you better" or "Time to rock."
None of that is in-character with Ninja Theory's version of the guy, and it shows in his delivery (he doesn't sound comfortable with the lines and comes off like some pompus scene-kid). They hired that actor (Tim Phillipps) for a specific characterization, just like they hired Reuben Langdon to portray classic Dante. Mixing and matching the two types just comes off as forced and ill-advised.
I like to make PSASBR move-sets. Here's a few:
Never say I don't contribute: I'm The Idea Man.
I would say Spike. Now being a Jak fan i know that Josh Keaton does Jak in this game (He's the guy who does Spider-Man in The Spectular Spider-Man and some other Spider-Man) But i do think he does a good job as Jak. Not as good as the guy who plays Jak in Jak 2,3 and Jak X but still i think he's good as Jak.
Kingdom Hearts FTW!

Spike's voice actor is very good at voice acting (to a degree... very enthusiastic.) However, his 'voice' doesn't fit Spike.
it's not that he's a bad voice actor.
There's a difference, guys.
Seems like someone forgot Jak.
Well of course Im going to mention him since you somehow missed him...
Jak by far has the worst voice actor. Proof relies in how he talks less overall throughout the whole game. Seems people have no idea how more badass Jak intros, taunts etc would be if he had his original voice actor.
