Re: Why don't IP Holders give the OK to Superbot?

What I don't understand about this is what about some of the characters whose studios practically came to Superbot to have them included (like Abe and possibly Tomba) didn't get included?

I remember a tweet about Lara Croft. It was like "Lara for PSASBR? LOL no way". Maybe someone just doesn't believe in this game. Anyway, I'm not fully convinced it's only other companies' fault.

Yeah, the tweet by a Crystal Dynamics rep was really rude, considering a lot of fans of this game were really hoping for her inclusion. Was really a bad way to debunk her inclusion. I'd personally have loved her addition in particular as Tomb Raider was the first game I played on the PS1.

No companies have faith in this game. That's the answer

If SuperBot doesn't conform directly to a company's needs, that character's not going to happen. That may be the reason that nothing Team ICO is in this game.
