a simple up-square would do the trick,

I believe you can block the aerial version, while the charged ground version is just unblockable

Tested it just now.

Neither of them are unblockable as it doesn't count as a charged move; either from falling short distance with it, falling long distance, or doing it on the ground.

must just have a lag then as it may have to have good timing if you are fighting as she drops

Yeah, that move is most definitely blockable.
