Thing is, why not chars that haven't come out yet. Same with Kat, she's a good Vita rep and it brings alotta good awareness to her very overlooked game due to its on Vita only.

Well Kat has a good chance because she's part of a first-party PS game, and with the fact that the Revengerence version of Raiden and the new Dante is in this game, despite their games not coming out around the time this game is released, that she and maybe a Starhawl representative could be in this game, either on disc or as DLC.
