A kill is a kill. Doesn't matter if they used a kill confirm or not, that doesn't make the kill any less legitimate.
In my opinion, kill confirms are fair game. If I know an easier way to get a kill, why shouldn't I use it? If an opponent does a kill confirm to me, I'm completely fine with it.
It's up to the player to know to the confirms and learn to avoid them. Like if you see E. Cole with a charged Giga punch and a level 1 super, do you think it's a good idea to be anywhere near him?
Common sense says no.
So basically avoid him like the plague this game was meant to be a fun brawler first yet it doesn't feel like it sometimes.

Well from hearing the makers of the game talk about supers they made it seem like level 1's were going to have risk, that's why they were level 1's. But now there's less risk because it costs less and 90% of kill confirms are so easy to pull off. So basically making level 2 supers and level 3 supers pointless.
Exactly. It's basically the equivalent of chipping maybe a fifth of your opponent's HP in a traditional fighter and then confirming into an instakill move. There's no risk with confirms; why go for a Level 2 or 3?
