Donte needs a buff. I really love using him, but let's face it, his long recovery times on whiff makes him garbage, in contrast to kratos who can PRESS NEUTRAL SQUARE ENDLESSLY AND JUST KEEP GOING BECASE IT CANCELS INTO ITSELF. Oh, and he can also CHANGE DIRECTIONS WHILE DOING IT.
Some REAL great balancing right there.
He's not supposed to have quick recovery (as inaccurate as that is to Devil May Cry). You're supposed to be canceling with him all the time. They made his moment-to-moment combat weak to make up for his potential.

Level 1 speed buff You really have to be careful with this, because with too much of a buff it could become ridiculous, not to mention a speed buff would actually destroy some of his more useful setups, unless you mean just decreasing the time it takes for her to jump from his shoulder. That being said, doing that by even half a second would make shock plasmid hit confirm into level 1. Honestly I'd be okay just with her not disappearing if BD's hit.
Incinerate/Fire plasmid needs more range No. No it doesn't. It's meant to be a combo move, and it fills that roll well.
Movement speed 10 or 20% buff This is literally the only Dan change I can agree with.
Attack performance speed buff No. He has range and priority for a reason, not to mention a beastly AP gain and keepaway game.
GoldenShield 10% buff Are you serious? Do you know how much AP that shield gives even without the glitches?!
Level 1 buff longer lightling and can be used next to you. I also disagree with this. Longer lightning would actually be more of a nerf since it makes him a sitting target for longer, making a whiff much more punishable. That being said, no way in hell should this move go horizontal. His body and the lightning are a hitbox, meaning he can hit people near him as well, but making this horizontal would literally make Dan unnapproachable.
Level 2 chalice souls need speed buff IDK, that would make them way easier to air dodge, not that they're hard now.
Level 3 buff

Honestly the main things that need a buff IMO are a slight AP gain buff to some of Jak's moves (Up triangle doing 5 AP? The grabity inversion also does 5 AP and doesn't even really combo?). Yeah people use his scattergun a lot, but they kind of have to to get decent AP.
Big Daddy: Please please PLEASE for the love of god give my melee character a safe poke!
Parappa needs something. I don't know what, but he needs something. He's a 1v1 based character who's not that good at 1v1. He has the same linear approaches as Big Daddy, and he also shares the problem of being unsafe, but this comes without the benefit of super armor.
Now there are other characters that I feel are rather underwhelming, such as Nariko and Dante. However for those characters I feel like there's just not enough good players using them to their full potential. They both seem untapped as of right now. That being said there's a Dante player running through his group in the Pasta Leagues, so maybe he knows something I don't.
For other characters like Dan and Sweet Tooth, they feel like solid characters who's only real weakness is that some of the other characters are just far superior. With mild nerfing to some of the ridiculous characters such as the Coles, characters like these could become much more viable (and hell, both of the ones I've mentioned have placed in tournaments already!).

Eh what about spike? all his supers suck which is a massive flaw since thats the way you get kills haha
