PSN preorder has been available since the Tuesday store update! Get on it, go go! The actual download begins 12:01am EST. I haven't been able to download or preinstall since I prepurchased.

I edited my first post because my comprehension is broken today. I've not been able to download it yet and I am thinking we have to wait until midnight. However, I am going to keep trying.

Search results yield today as being a preinstall day! I imagine a update should be coming through the PSN store in the next few hours. So, yea... today.

You can only download it after Midnight on the 19th. 12:01 EST on the 19th.
