My main gripe is with kratos. Kratos is horribly off balance with the game. He makes the dodge roll useless and he gets his level 3 speacial way to easilly. All of his attacks are spamable and it takes no effort in getting someone in one of those **bleep** easy combos he has. Many people have left the game all together because kratos is so over powered.
To make him more balanced, he needs a big delay on his square attacks. His attacks are way to long range for him to just be able to continually spam them all the time and not be able to get counter attacked. Next, his attacks shouldn't give him so much fill in his speacial meter. Also, lessen the rane of his up square move because you cant get to the ground because ot has such a log range and you cant jump over it. These changes woud make people have to use skill to use him. He is basically a high reward with low risk character and it should be high reward for high risk.
The next person that need a nerf is Isaac. Isaac needs a complete nerf. People just sit back and spam his gun making it nearly impossible to get close to him. His guns should not fill up his meter as fast or his guns need a massive delay inbetween shots and he cant instantly shoot the moment he touches the ground if he uses a jump shot. The land mine he sets should be set on a timer so people have time to attack him because people just hide behnd the land mine when they use isaac.
Zues is another person who needs a nerf. Zues for some reason has way to long of invincibility frames while the wrest of the characters have to less. His invincibility frames last past when he has finished his dodge. Also, his attacks raise his level meter way to fast compared to the wrest of the characters.
Ratchet needs a nerf. The sniper gun he uses when hes in the air aims to fast at people. When a duche bag uses ratchet and use that sniper gun, characters are stuck down on the ground because he continually hits you and sense the dodge role is delayed for some reason, you are stuck there and he continually spams that sniper gun so he hits yu continually before you can even get up. Also, ou nerfed jak's gun where it ricochets off the ground but you didn't touch ratchet's gun which does the same thing and his shoots out three bullets at once. Last, his grab is extremely out of place for this game, The grab rachet does should fling you off the wall extremely far so you aren't just going to automatcally die when someone does that extremely cheesy move where they stand over ou trying to grab you and so you cant get up and get away from it. Thats another problem, ratchets grab should not grab you out of invincibility frames because it makes it impossible to get up, if you try to get up, you will be sucked intto his vaccume and you cant do anything about it. You can say, hold L1 to stay on the floor longer but that doesn't always work because people will just do it aggain and it maes it impossible to counter attack.
Dante just needs a harder empty cancel and he would be good.
The gun characters should not get so much meter fill when shooting a person because they can deffend themselve super easy when they get finished shooting.
Evil cole's super punch shouldn't have an invincibility frame on it so you can have a chance to knock him out of that punch. It already comes extremely fast so if so if you actually do see it coming then you can do something about it because that is almost as bad as ratchets cheesy kill confirm. Also, if evil cole doesnt use the punch after a certain time (5 seconds or so) then he should have to recharge it, that could be another nerf but take the invinsibility frame out.
Kat needs a speed reduction because people just spam that slide dash she has and that vortex she has needs a nerf so it doesnt have as much range as it does because people can absorb you from an extremely far distance.
The air dodge should not pause you in the air because when you face a person like raiden, kratos,or dante, it is rendered useless because their attack last extremely long, The air dodge should last longer or their attacks need to be shortened.
The dodge role invinsibility frames should last through the whole dodge and not give out before you can finish. Not as long as zues's invinsibilit frames which need to be shortened to match the rest of the characters.
Last change you sould make is characters should cntrol differently in the air, characters like big daddy should fall faster, some characters should be more dynamic in the ir and some should be more controllable n the air.

Different characters have different length air dodges, maybe the issue there is you're using a character with a poorer air dodge.
Evil Cole doesn't have invincibility frames on the giga punch, he has armour - 10 AP I believe? It's not hard for him to be hit out of it - but you know when he has one charged, you can SEE it. You need to minimise his opportunity to connect the punch. I know it's easy to say don't get hit but yeah. Blocking is your friend, roll less too.
Kratos really isn't that bad, a bit more experience and you'll be fine. His attacks have great range and speed, yes, but he's not the be all and end all of power. If you're finding it hard to approach from the air, a well-read air dodge can get you in.
You should check out the SuperSonyBros youtube channel. It has a ton of matches with players of varied levels of experience across the board and matches showcasing every character. It's worth a look to see what they can do. Check out the Training Dojo in a sticked thread above and ask mentors for advice on dealing with a specific character.

He is overpowered in every game mode. Some things that I originally think are OP are easily proved not to be just because they lose value in 4 player settings. Kratos only gets better in 4 player settings in my opinion.
