I dont think any "memes?" are funny....but it wouldn't be fair for he was the only character without a kill confirm.
It also works as CC.

If you think out side the box, yes his level 1 is a kill confirm inside of a special. Say you roll dodge out of the freeze, he can hold the special long enough to hit you at the end of your roll. This level 1 is going to be very problematic if used riight, especially with other people on the screem.

it's not really that odd though,
i mean, if you played Dead Space, at some parts of the game, you'd stasis the necromorphs to kill them easier (man, that's bad grammar),
unlike other kill confirms, this kill confirm, in a way, is actually part of the game...
