As a main FP user:
Level 1: The MAIN go to, but also situational. Kinda rendered useless in stages like Time Station (too many plaforms). This super also has a bad tendancy to miss/whiff in corners/edges(like small plaforms). FP's saving graces to safely using this move from her staggers.
- How to combo into it: square(charged), forward+circle, and air forward+circle. (I think butt stomp also works too, but I think her recovery time on it makes it hard to land a super after it.
Level 2: A good super, but can also become the worst one if you're fighting people who actually know how to dodge (or just turn invisible in Sly's case). Best stage to use it in: Dojo, Worst Stage: Invasion.
- How to combo into it: so far I've only tried it successfully with her air forward+circle.
Level 3: Compared to other Level 3s and it's cost, it's one of the worst (not THE worst, but still). It's pretty dodgeable but the redeeming facts of it are: you should at least get ONE free kill, and *drumroll* ...Sly can't hide out of it. This is a good super to use where the other supers aren't as viable (example: Invasion/Time Station)
- How t... oh just use it as soon as you get it (but make sure everyone's on screen alive aka- not right after someone's killed another)
Short synopsis: Her Level 1 is her go to, Her Level 2 is best on little stages or one with few platforms, and Level 3 is for stages with lots of platforms or anti-inviSly.

Thats about all the characters I use..but yeah I mainly stick to level 1's but I get a level 3 in there ever once in awhile
Spike- Lv. 2- I'll go for 1 or 3 depending on the situation.
E. Cole- Lv. 2 or 1. I NEVER use his Lv. 3.
Sir Dan (been trying him out recently)- Lv. 2.
Those are the characters I've been using/experimenting with the most.
