I dont think alot of people understand startup frames, active frames, recovery frames, and hitboxes...because if people did there would be less dicussions on this topic. Take Dante and Big Daddy for example...they have sooo much startup that without setups their Lv1 supers are completly useless without them...even if you try to punish an opponents missed super there are not even a handful of people that these two can beat. Also I agree with Alas that people who abuse them are highly predictable and my defense has grown tremendously because of it

I have said it before and I will say it again. The problem with current confirms is that some of them are easier to pull off than others effectively making it easier for someone to confirm kills. If this in turn renders there level 2 and or level 3 null and void then there IS something wrong with the system.

Level 1s are supposed to be high risk high reward thus establishing a suitable scale to weigh the pros and cons of a level 2 or 3. In addition to this NOT being the case it is quite obvious that some characters have a far easier confirm than others, these characters are also ones that usually have very viable level 2s and 3s making the game even more unbalanced. It isn't as if Evil Cole's level 2 is bad or Raiden's for that matter but decisions like this just distorts a mechanic that really didn't need any more problems to begin with.

Ratchets wall throw is NOT a confirm. You can dodge out of it if timed just right.

I like the ideamof combo breakers at the cost of ap, god of war online had it, and i thouht it worked fairly well. Although this is unrealistic in he current game

It does require timing, Knight. It's just that the timing it requires has to be ridiculously exact that it's not as probable has people make it out to be.

all you can do is either hold L1 or roll.,either way you're dead.

 

Their is no way to get out. If you did, then its becaue the ratchet player screwed up.
