To those in Europe, Amazon.DE is selling the VIta WIFI console + LBP memory card for 159 euros!

This is by far the cheapest I've seen in a long time, just last week the same bundle was 301 euros. I kid you not.

If you're in and around Europe even with Shipping charges included this can be a very reasonable price!!

I already got mine last week (it was 199 euros 2 weeks ago), I feel like an idiot now LOL but whatever such crap happens.

Ok are Vita's and their game region locked?

As far as I know, no they are not region locked.

But DLC is region locked i.e. PAL vs NTSC region which is same like PS3.

example: I have a LBP US disc, if I buy DLC from my regular UK PSN account it will not work.

As far as I know, Vita is not region locked any more than PS3 is.

Ok so let me see if I get this right, 

If I bought this the actually Vita itself is not Reigon-Locked but, the game would be since it's in the UK, and it wouldn't take US downloads?

No.  Everything would would perfectly fine.  You'd be able to play UK versions of games and NA versions of games on your Vita.  The only time you'd encounter problems would be if you decide to buy DLC.  If you have an NA PSN account then you will not be able to download DLC for any of your UK games.  At least I believe that's how it works

So I can have a UK vita and play my US PSASBR and the UK LBP it comes with it? Since I have a US PSN, I can download US DLC (so it would work on PSASBR but not LBP)?

Vita & it's games are region free. It's the same system as the PS3 - if you have a PAL game, you'll need a UK PS account to download DLC for it and vice versa.

So in essence, the DLC is reigon locked some what.

Exactly, just think of it as the exact same system as the PS3 - imports work fine, DLC requires using the respective PS Store from wherever the game is imported from.
