1. Whenever it takes a while to find opponents, just back out to the lobby and restart it. It usually speeds it up and the connecting failure glitch doesn't happen as much.
2. If you're running on less than a mbps, that could be some of the reason why. I don't know what others are running off of, but I'm usually near 15 mbps download on my Wifi.
does anybody know if there is a customer support email for this game....i'd like to get some advice from SB themselves on the best way to approach this problem
The online servers are pretty messed up and I get the 000-0025 error code constantly. I have an excellent internet connection, but I'd say that the game glitches or someone quits about 2/3 of the time. Annoying? Oh, yes. However, Superbot will hopefully implement a patch to fix it soon when they released Kat and Emmet.
I'm also having major online problems. As it stands I am unable to connect with persons on my friend list, the game freezes everytime! After it responds there is the failure to connect message. This happens both when I invite as well as when I am invited to matches by someone on my friend list. As for playing online, I was able to play a couple matches but not without problems. 1. Before connecting the game ALWAYS freezes for a a minute or so before connecting. 2. After connection the game may drop, characters may disappear (4 characters become 3) Its really annoying. My connection displays as NAT2 and I have played other games online. Actually I play ME3 online religiously. >.>
Internet is fine, all other games work flawlessly online except this one
Tried multiple routers
Still met with constant online problems and cant even join a friend's party despite both of us having attempted to troubleshoot in every manner possible. This ISN'T a user-end issue.
