This does not come with the pre-order bonus costumes. That is why I did not buy the steel book, I'd much rather have the in-game costumes than a steel book which doesn't look good to me. but if you like the steelbook then good for you! and enjoy!

Also you might have to go to the customs office to pick it up... unless you ship it to an industrial address. At least that is how it is here in Germany (I just ship it to my office and I don't pay anything, otherwise it goes to the customs office where I also don't pay anything but going there costs a lot of money)
