If the game is solid gold with 20 characters, people will complain

If the game is complete garbage with 55 characters, people will complain

So essentially, the game MUST be a perfect 10/10 with upwards of 40 characters for people to be happy.

Stop trying to convince them it's gonna be great, because whiners will find anything to complain about, and chances are, it won't live up to their expectaions in at least one field
