How many playable charecters do you feel is an apropriate amount for this game? There are tons of charecters out there that will be suitable and that we'll enjoy playing with (Bunch O' Charecters) but we have to limit the amount there will be. In Brawl by Nintendo, there are 37 charecters. 25 off the bat and 12 unlockable (Characters Here ). So what do you thinks is acceptable? 30..? 40..? 50..?
I personally think 30 is a good amount of charecters when you get the game and there should DLC every three months for a year thats $10 and would get you 6 new charecters with new maps and campaign gameplay.
So basically you start with 30 charecters, and by the end of the year, you'll have up to 54 playable charecters and a lot of maps to play on and a big campaign. I belive that it will make the game an instant classic because it will keep people coming back to play the game with all the content, although by the end of it, if you buy all the dlc and stuff, the game may end up costing you $100 ($60 game + $10 per dlc x 4 dlc packs)

i think the game should have about 40 characters, maybe 5 extras for dlc, id rather have more content when the game comes out as opposed to having to buy more, i dont mind extra costumes for dlc but characters should always be available ASAP. if tekken tag 2 can have over 50 characters i think this game can manage 40 just fine, considering blu ray disks can hold more data we should have plenty of content to keep us busy

I don´t think there will be much DLC-characters, maybe 1 or 2 for fan-demands, but not more. Don´t be so sure that there will be DLC-chars at all, if the release roster is satisfying
