This community is turning childish

All this talk about characters 'op' its silly, come on.... You know that when the game is released the community (you know who you are) will just go on and on about cole being OP because he is good at range and close (example) or nariko being untouchable (example) so why waste your time playing it to get angry. This game is for fun. Enjoy yourself on the game and the community

I trust pro fighting game players who have put massive amounts of time into the game to be sure this game is balanced more than i trust forum dwellers who've only played a few hours. just saying.

The word "overpowered" doesn't even mean that something is too powerful. It's just an example of the largely immature and ignorant gaming community adopting a word that means the opposite of the context they're using.

It's died down a lot, hasn't it? Plus the good forum members are the ones who are just against it the whole way

And that's the Gospel Truth Photobucket

A huge amount of people use it in the context of being too powerful, I see no reason not using it if everyone understands it.

It was more an example of how the gaming community in general tends to be wilfully ignorant. I know it's in common use now.

The community has been that way for a while.

If we were to talk about it though some community complaints are understood; Kratos' forward square, for example, needed a nerf. And it got one; it no longer tracks, from what I hear.
