That statment above is not entirely true, but it is for me when I'm on multiplayer. I'm pretty good at most games, but fighters/ brawlers are not a type of game I play often. So I jump into an online match and get destroyed by people with ranks above 100. This happened 4/5 matches I played. I'm not saying I have to win to have fun, because I had fun playing matches where I lost but the score was close. Plus, too of the matches I played, the other team sucked and we actually crushed them, but that wasn't fun either, I was just happy we didn't lose again.

Basically what I want from this game is to play people of my skill level. Character level doesn't prove anything. It should be based of Wins and Loses. I really wanna like this game, but it is hard to when I keep losing. :[

its really hard to do that i had 15 rage quits 5 in ffa and 10 in 2v2 its sad

I know I sound that way but, I really want to wnjoy the game.... and I have not rage quit once in this game.... 

And I don't see how I can get better when I keep getting destroyed

Play with the AI and practice. Honestly, being a good fighter means nothing if you can't land supers. Personally, I have had the best time with this game so far.
Earlier I played a f4a match with 4 Nariko's with the AI okay max diff. It was so intense and fun! I had a blast! The AI is really good! I placed 2nd and didn't care cause it was just so fun! And team battles are amazing too cause when it comes down to 1v1 things get REALLY intense.
Speaking of 1v1s, they are so fun too!!!
Also, earlier today I got a match with me as heihachi and I was against radec and ratchet. So it was 1v2. And I won! It was hella fun!
Seriously, this game is amazing. At least, to me.

yeah i agree, something needs to seperate players, i keep getting people way above my level, and surprisingly....all they do is spam. ratchet, radec, etc all spam. :/

Stay away from ranked matches, for sure, if the talent will just frustrate you ( at that time )
