Yup superbot didn't want crash in the game. they didn't try to get him in. they didn't know fans wanted him. they never said it takes two to tango specifically reffereing to how it's not completely their decision.

You know Superbot can say anything and you guys will still believe them, it takes two to tango is just a **bleep** remark on how they couldn't get him but it was all activisions fault, so since Superbot came out with this crap, I wouldn't get my hopes up for DLC or sequel.

They wanted him, they didnt get him - that's all there is to it. It's upto you on where'll you put the blame, but either way you can't argue about it or try and sound like your using logic because its all just assumptions.

As I stated in an older thread, Sony should've done whatever they needed to and maintained the license to Crash and kept up the rights to him, considering he was their mascot character for years. A bad move back around 2000 has come back 12 years later to bite them in the **bleep**.

None of this would've been an issue had they just held onto the rights to the IP.

They never owned the rights - Universal did.

You can do both ways, royalties (or LOYALTIES as you call them for some reason) or straight out sell the rights to use the character.
