Seriously? Ryu Hayabusa? I mean, I know there was Sigma 1 & 2 on PS3 but Ryu's more of an Xbox Character.

No Tomba, the only people that remember him are people that played that game. He is in no way a classic, legend, all-star or anything of the sort.

Also, Ninja Gaiden games are better on PS. They run smoother and have more extras. He also has a Vita game, Ryu in my books is a PS character for those reasons.

Cloud for Lightning, IMO
