When I got teleported back to the middle and stunned, Heihachi killed me. Things like that make me upset about the belt system because it's so easy to lose BP just by getting into match with a nooby spammer. I've been green belt for far too long now, and I feel like I've worked hard enough to be the next belt rank. Maybe I should start using people with more effective level 1 supers....

I feel your pain man. It feels as though I should be a red belt now with all the time and effort I put in. Training to find AP burst combos, 3v1 against CPU's, etc, but im still stuck on this green belt. Didn't help either when i was on 98 and got bumped back to 85 becuase of the host disconnection...

How can ANYONE defend the belt system? It doesn't matter how well you do, I came second and I lost my purple belt. Also, its a little unfair that low levels and lower belts are facing red belts and blacks. Seems a little unfair on people who aren't exactly raging through the leaderboards.

The purpose of a tough belt system (getting 1st to guarantee points) in FFA  is so the belt system doesn't get too inflated as the long season already makes it so.  FFA is at least twice as tough than 2 vs 2 because you have to place 1/4 rather than only 1/2.  When I got an FFA black belt less than 0.1% of players had it.
