26 characters (25 and a boss) would be 52 cards (50 characters and 2 boss jokers)

The Boss would be on the Joker cards, at least that's how it should be.

I think putting the boss on the card deck would kind of spoil the surprise who the secret boss is. A nice idea though.

Indeed and my math was off anyway lol. 26 characters would be 52. (13x4) and the jokers would make 54 (maybe the SB logo). So 26 characters, 27 with the boss, not counting DLC and we gathered this all from a deck of cards lol....

Great theories guys, but I don't see anything here that is any more solid than the minks prediction of 20 which has now been backed up by a senior member of Sony's PR team.

Saying the mink is wrong by offering up a "solved" PG hint doesn't prove otherwise. Also keep in mind that the mink supposedly hasn't spoken to his source since around the time of PAX.

My hope is this: SB was upset about the leak, took an extra month and delayed the game to finish up a couple extra characters to get them on disc, and even Shuman's is unaware of it. Seems unlikely but optimistic nonetheless.

yeah the mink is still right he add a list of all 20 chars before the beta leak , also it looks like we will have 0 announcements until release so thats 20 also PG hints are so vague that even if he misses you can see any charracter in any picture lol so making him right all the time is a waste becuase he is too vague.

Exactly, he's never been "right" or "wrong" because he's never came out and said anything besides obvious characters everyone knew Sony wouldnt miss putting in the game.
