Yes this is incredibly frustrating. It is not our fault, I have played many of my PS3 games online without a hitch, it is without a doubt a problem with the game.

I have only had one or two real matches played online, all the rest have had invisible characters, 2v0s, etc. It is literally unplayable.

I payed $60 for a service that does not work, an they don't return calls. I'm a patient guy and I understand mistakes happen but I absolutely understand this mans feelings, we need a patch RIGHT AWAY, OR some kind of update.

On a more productive note, perhaps we could try and figure this out ourselves? Does any of this sound familiar to people having connection issues:

- Calgary, Alberta
- Telus, SE567 Modem
- PS3 connected wirelessly
- Fat (16gb?) PS3

I live in Oklahoma
Not sure my modem as I live in apartments
Wireless connection
I have a 320 GB slim

So after the update I can actually connect to some matches online, but it usually takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes just to find a match. Thats way too long to be waiting to play a single match. And not to mention my game will still freeze when the "searching for opponents" screen comes up. Lag still persists, I don't think I've played one ranked match without some sort of lag.

Smh Superbot, I had such high hopes for this game.
