From the time that this thread started, Spike has been one of the four most recent confirmed characters that were announced / revealed. In addition, this would be the time for Superbot to receive their fans' feedback. So I'll be doing my part as a fan. :-)
I feel Superbot digital artists seem somewhat uninspired at making anime style characters. This is apparent from the meme below.
Please make improvements before it's too late. ( If SuckerPunch did it for Cole... Well then, you gotta believe! )
I'd like to see Superbot replicate the facial features of the anime version exactly while keeping his outfit from AE:MM (to keep it true to his move set).
Some may also defend the PS All-Stars' facial features of Spike only because it's a 3D model. Well Having Spike as a 3D character should not be an issue as seen in past 3D Ape Escape titles like AE3.
Here's a video below showing a later version of Spike provided by BladeXTails on an earlir post on this thread.
Thank you for sharing! (^_^)b
There's many different facial models to choose from. Plus having All-Stars' characters staying true to their original designs doesn't really apply anymore simply looking at characters like Fat Princess. But as a appreciator of anime culture and this series, I was excited to hear Spike's announcement in this title ( Knowing this game had few to almost no anime style characters ). When seeing his debut trailer. * facepalm * I'm getting this game regardless and I'm only here to give you my feedback
The PS All-Stars character model of Spike is..... I'll let you be the judge.
