I just saw an interview with Omar from e3 where he said that fat princess' level one costs more than some other players. Did anyone else notice this?

It keeps the game balanced, its either really good or she gains ap quickly

i would make some since.

Lets Look at kratos and Heihachi for example. Heihachi is limited at 3 while Kartos can get 3+

so i do believe for balancing issues some will be more than others
