A lot of this info was not confirmed... I don't know where you heard anything about a Resistance character, or Kat, or that the boss isn't playable (although that is assumed since playable character count is 20). And he didnt confirm any of those rivalries

Also... he never did say that Crash was confirmed to be under development by Activision and that he would never be a character
