Re: Solid Snake or Big Boss

I realize that, but Big Boss is still essentially a clone of Snake (no pun intended). Why include the less major protagonist in place of the most major character of the MGS saga so far, especially when he is technically the same person? At least Raiden is original.

By the way, just call me Count for short.

Well when you're a clone to begin with, they could only go in one direction with Big Boss look wise Smiley LOL  I much prefer Big Boss' story to Snake's though.  Snake's claim to fame is stepping on his family's toes and letting the Patriots have control for as long as they did.  In that regard, you could argue he's the series main antagonist too, alongside the Patriots.  Big Boss, Ocelot, Solidus and I guess Liquid to an extent (wanted to carry on Big Boss' legacy) were trying to break the control the Patriots had and were prepared to go to war with them but Snake kept on getting in the way (and Raiden too).

And Raiden was original in MGS2.  Then he became a Gray Fox clone in MGS4 because people didn't like him in MGS2.  Hardly original at this point.

But in terms of being a protagonist compared to the others, he is original. I'm not speaking in terms of character creativity for the series, I'm talking about potential move-sets for character candidates and such. I'm not saying that Big Boss wasn't major to the series, I'm talking about their roles as protagonists and who's more major in terms of who is the main focus and appears more often as a playable character. I respect you opinion, but I still prefer Snake or Raiden all the way. I'd still love a Big Boss skin though.

Old Snake has the best potential for a moveset. Raiden would be a good choice for DLC.

We've got a planned fight to the death between all the current VPs.  Whoever wins, becomes the 'President' and then we're kind of out of VPs after that...

Pretty sure one doesn't exist.  The 'VP of...' is just a play off of Kevin Butler's titles in the commercials.

We're obviously gonna have both in the form of alternate costumes.  (provided Snake's in)
