Of course the person with the Raiden sig is the one defending him... XD And yes, Raiden needs to be nerfed. Theres pretty much no going around it that he gains way to much AP. sure you can block but that doesnt mean **** when is comes to nerfing and buffing. Thats like saying meta knight isnt OP.

The only nerf I would like is making his air side circle effect change to flatten. Or if you block it, he lands in front of you. Maybe it's just me but when I block it with Radec, he flies over me and there isn't much retaliation I can provide because he recovers fast due to being in the air and he's already a distance away. Other than that, ironically I can deal with him. And if Radec can deal with him, anyone can.

There's another thing called DODGE and COUNTER and I said BLOCK not BLOCK ALL THE TIME

Dodging isn't always going to work, and Raiden's dash is pretty quick considering many characters have pauses in between attacks. The characters I use don't have counters and even then counters aren't always well timed. Stop trying to justify Raiden's advantage over other characters by trying to use the old "You have no skill card". Just stop. It is blatantly obvious to everyone else that the kc is just dumb and annoying especially when people only do the side dash until they get a hit and thus a confirmed kill.
