So if Toro essentially swaps costumes in game how exactly do his alternate costumes work?

If I'm playing as Toro in his pre-order costume and if it's his hero stance, what would his Oni and Ninja stances look like?

His stances will most likely just be under his costume, but still visible.

what if his oni stance in one of the other costumes was like jin's pants and the markings on his upper body. then it would make more sense for the rivalry. either way heihachi is used to weird things like this.

I think I heard somewhere that his ninja stance is a sushi chef. But I'm a little sketchy on that detail.
