@SlashZaku

It doesn't matter who owns it because their will be problem using it.

Goldeneye 007 was Develop by Rare and published by Nintendo.
Microsoft owns Rare and they tried years ago to get Goldeneye 007 on XBLA.
But Nintendo owns the game, Activision owns the rights to James Bond games now and Microsoft owns Rare they couldn't so instead made remake.

Don't see the correlation and it does matter who owns it when it comes to IPs Smiley Indifferent

Xenosaga is owned and published by Namco.  Monolith Soft was just the developer at the time.  If Namco wanted to slap the Tales team on a new Xenosaga game, they very well could.  Entirely different from what MS tried to do with Goldeneye because it was a movie licensed game (where that license went to Activision afterwards) and was published by a 1st party to boot.  In a majority of cases, the publisher owns the IP, not the developing studio.  I don't know the situation with RARE and if they owned their IPs at the time or if Nintendo just sold off the non-Nintendo ones with the studio.

Your example is more in line with Mass Effect 1: developed by Bioware, published on 360 by MS and EA on PC, but Bioware was bought by EA.  ME can't be released on other consoles because of MS's publishing of the first but EA was free to do as they pleased with the sequels.

I'm still in the mindset that there would be no problem whatsoever with what Namco does with the Xenosaga IP/characters if they're no non-Nintendo platforms due to Monolith Soft now being owned by Nintendo.

Number 1 for me is Lara Croft. Why is everyone sleeping on Lara Croft though? It makes sense if she's in it as Drake's "rival" no??

Well technicallyyyyy he'd be the clone of her regardless if he was "announced" first in PASBR. They're both like an "indiana jones" type characters, but Croft is the original of the two seeing as she's a first generation Playstation character. Croft>Drake xD

All Sony properties I think. OP, how about you add them to the main post so Superbot can notice them? Smiley Happy

Smiley Wink Superbot at this stage in the game already has ever set in stone. My initial post shows who I'd want. Aha I can't go adding everyone's to my initial post.
