I'm more interested in 1v1 matches. They are more interesting to watch, especially with good players. Free for alls and 2v2 end up being difficult to track.

This is true. There were times when my beta crapped out and it was a 1 on 1. Most fun I've had during the game.

Don't think of this as a 'teams all suck go away' thing. I just think they're silly and I want to voice that I think they're silly.

Why are they silly? I see them to be like clans on other games. Similar to that, these are groups of people that want to play each other and compete.

There's a few in particular that I think are silly.

Without naming anyone, I think the character-or-game specific ones that are like 'you have to play as so and so' are...ridiculous.

Out of curiosity, do you think that clans that can only quickscope/knife in CoD are silly, too? (Legitimate question, not sarcasm.)

Well, my team has its name and a couple parts of it from Jak and Daxter. I do not see that as weird, but just going off the All-Stars motif. Now, saying that you must play in this style or as this character is absolutely ridiculous. I agree that much.

Well our tournament has rules but they are fair and for everyone as for the characters no character is banned and its up to the team to pick characters and if a team dictates what character I use I wouldn't want to be on that team

I just do not see the silliness in having a group to compete with. The themes just make it fun. Sports would be boring if it was "baseball team 1" vs "baseball team 2"

I have only seen the teams make the forum as a whole aot more enjoyable because people are connecting and planning instead of arguing or spamming useless threads, I think they have died out already for the most part anyway
