Why interrupt it when you can avoid it relatively easy? He only has a few confirms and most of them are easy to predict and/or situational.
The fact that he can toss it out safely without being interrupted is reason enough as to why people don't 'just avoid it'. It's true that it's very avoidable, but any decent Sly user isn't going to do it in a situation where you're going to get out of the way easily. Actually, even noobs use it pretty effectively. Also since being invisible rockets your chances of a succesful kill with it as well as using his broken counter, it's not like EVERY situation can be classified under 'situational'. It's an easy kill, let's leave it at that. Simply avoiding it isn't always easy, and if you do avoid it, his ability to build back his AP is good enough that you'll be dead sooner or later regardless of your effortless avoidance capabilities.
Sly's level 1 has the same likely hood as a 2 to be cancelled by a regular attack. So I guess SB didn't want him to be a bit OP, they went all in.
Agreed. I think they definitely overcompensated for Sly's inability to block. He's been really broken since the beta.
His level 1 is good, but you can see it coming a mile away. I can't be the only one who can roll through or simply double jump over Murray? I'm pretty sure he can't even combo into it, otherwise maybe this argument will hold some validity.
And no, ive never ever seen a level 2 cancelled by a normal attack. Please, prove me wrong.
