Re: Sir Dan's Level 1 is Actually Pretty Good

The upward only really works on sandover in my experience. I prefer his lvl 2.

Correction. You're not losing to a GOOD Dan. Try facing Snake_Nox. He'll knock you flat.

Are you forgetting how good this guy's Raiden is? Nox's Sir Dan may not even get 1 good hit in.

I stopped taking it seriously the second you mentioned Raiden.

Re: Sir Dan's Level 1 is Actually Pretty Good

This thread makes me sad. You are all on this bandwagon for sir dan, but if you ever play 1v1, or already p lay against someone good, you won't hit your level 1. His level 1 out of uppercut is always dodged. You can uppercut and arrow, and if you hit with that, you can land level 1...but that suffers the same problems as just doing level 1 after the uppercut, air dodge always gets you free. All of his supers can be avoided 100%. Even his level 3. My friend found a way to dodge during sir Dans level 3, and since it resets instantly, I literally cannot win, I can combo them to **bleep**, but can't land a super, because his supers are awful and 100% avoidable.

Until his supers are fixed, R.I.P sir dan...I'll still practice your combos, but you are broken in a bad way.

Achus, not sure if you're for me, or against me, but I freaking love sir dan. I'm really good at his combos, but you can avoid every one of his supers of you're good. I'm a good sir dan, I build meter faster than my 1v1 partner but no matter how you set up sir dans super, its dodgeable. And a good player WILL air dodge, our spam block during your combo so if you try setting up your combo, they can air dodge out of it, because there is a few frames between you're uppercut and your super, no matter how fast you do it, air dodge is instant, and you will miss your super.

Re: Sir Dan's Level 1 is Actually Pretty Good

well, the way i get my lvl1 kills is through trickery and deception,
honestly, i'm not really good at the game, or any fighting games actually, so i resort to some other things when i try to get my kills,
i just try to trick my opponents, and it's that human factor that makes them predictable...

That reminds me, has anyone made a D*ck Raiden joke yet? If it's still open territory let me go find my nice shades...
