Yeah I didn't express myself well. It's kinda hard actually, I don't know how to explain it...
Brawl is more flowing, malleable, I don't know.
PSABR forces you to make combos or the game will feel woody because basically the animation of the moves are slower than in Brawl. That makes it not harder, simply more grueling. People stick to this thing to say that it's better for this reason, don't know why, probably they feel more "hardcore" because this game is less accessible than Brawl... Like that's a pro and not a con, lol.
There's a difference between discussing and bashing. This thread is essentially 'SBBB SUCKS VS PSABR SUCKS' (not talking about anyone specific, but that's what the majority of posts are going).
Well what do you expect?
This topic's title is "SSBB is laughable". Lol.
It's clear that 90% of the people here don't know what they're talking about, they stay attached to what they read on the internet. The common saying "Melee is better than Brawl" which is questionable (VERY questionable) has become an argument to say "PSABR is better than Brawl". That's laughable.
Am I the only one who thinks the best Smash was the 64 one?
On topic, dont you think its stupidly early to say that? The game is not even out yet.
And dont create threads like this a week after its release lol.
Lol, in my opinion as clear as it is that this game takes inspiration from SSB, I see them as individual games. Playing this wouldn't quench my SSB thirst, and it's the same vice versa.
I take it most of you haven't read that interview where Omar stated this game wasn't even a competitive fighter in the initial stages? Originally it was a capture the flag style game, then a sort of rpg, then what we have today.
