I know right, I expected cut scenes like Smash Bros, where they were all in an arena trying to get out, then each of them are paired up together, not this stupid stuff. Man I keep getting more and more disppointed with this game.


It's not a bad game. Hey, the story mode is even more 'cutscene-esque' than Melee. This is actually VERY good. And remember, Story Mode is only one TINY aspect of the game. It's like COD, in the respect that the multiplayer is the "main" bit.


 

Melee doesn't even count. Have you played Black Ops 2, I know its more forwarded towards Multiplayer but the campaign is really, good. Also, yeah even though it aims towards Multiplayer they should've made cut scenes of some sort. Not this comic strip crap.


It counts, in my analogy, yes. A GREAT deal. Also this game was inspired by Melee.

It's not crap. There's more in there than there is in Melee. Be happy.

It IS like Smash's Classic Mode.

true but they tried to implement a story unlike the first smash arcade, still like it, that was an epic final boss fight

The boss battle looks awesome! Wow. I'm impressed. I watched because I dont give a **bleep** about Kratos...

So maybe "Normal" is the equivalent to Smash's "Very Easy".


All I saw was Hero, Legend and All-Star difficulties.

Why must it be posted so close to the game must not loook but its so tempting, nevermind just have to forget about it and go back to assassins creed 3 just 3 more days.

You can think about it the way you are ORRRR you can think about it this way:

"Hmm. Well, they actually went over and above, adding voices and cutscenes to this Arcade Mode, when Melee had none of that! Fantastic!"


I think some of you are just looking at this the wrong way.

It' NOT a storyline, it IS an ARCADEMODE.

Melee is six years older, almost seven, the purpose of the game wasn't even around a story. It didn't have one just Arcade modes and such where you fight a boss at the end. Playstation Allstars is actually story orientated so having them just appear out of thin air then get mad at there rival which you see at the end for the most stupid reasons.. I expected a back story why he was there.
